How fast do you ship orders? 

We ship out orders between 5-10 business days after the order is placed, unless otherwise mentioned in the product description. Most of our items are handmade and made to order so they take some time to make them!

Do you ship internationally? (outside the USA)

We do not ship internationally at this time unfortunately. Please contact us at twelve05studios@gmail.com for any questions or to arrange international shipping!

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We do not offer free shipping as these items are often delicate and require the right shipping labels as well as more expensive packing supplies to ensure your items are delivered in pristine condition! All the money from your shipping cost goes to postage and shipping materials!

Who makes your items?

Most of the items are handmade by myself! I get items like stickers, prints and apparel manufactured with local companies and try to be as resourceful and environmentally friendly as possible! 

Are your designs original?

All of our artwork is original art! We do not use AI, or recreate designs from other artists or media. We create our own universe here at Twelve05 Studios and are actively working on expanding our universe daily!
